Tickets purchased from Fjord Marine Shuttles can be exchanged but not refunded. If a customer is unable to move their cruise to another time, we will issue them a credit note.
Schedules, rates and itineraries are subject to change without notice.
For safety reasons, Fjord Marine Shuttles is free to deny access to one of its boats to any person deemed by the captain of the boat to be unfit to take the cruise.
In the event of force majeure, Fjord Marine Shuttles reserves the right to cancel scheduled trips. When possible, customers will be able to change their cruise, postpone their trip to another day or receive a refund.
We accept no responsibility for inconveniences caused by delays.
Customers bear sole responsibility for their effects on our boats; we accept no responsibility in the event of theft or loss.
Full payment is required upon booking. Unpaid reservations are not recorded in our reservation system.
